We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Agent to join our busy front desk team at Great Eastern Motor Lodge on a casual basis.

The property is managed by leading Adelaide based management company 1834 Hotels. Great Eastern Motor Lodge boasts 198 rooms. There are a mix of hotel suites & one- and two-bedroom apartments available, suitable for those looking for a relaxing weekend, business trip or extended stay.

We are currently looking to grow our team of skilled Guest Service Agents:

The ideal candidates will have:

‘C’ class Driver's license with completed Passenger Transport Driver (PTD) Authority.

A can-do, responsible, and flexible approach to work with a strong work ethic.

Prior experience in a hotel front office.

Exceptional customer service skills; including friendly customer service demeanour.

Proven ability to be a proactive individual with strong organisational and time management skills.

Well-developed problem solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

A passion for exceeding guest expectations and providing a high standard of guest service.

A strong eye for detail and a focus on accuracy of work.

The ability to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a team.

Previous RMS Cloud experience is desirable but not essential.

Exceptional personal presentation and grooming and

A strong appreciation and compliance of workplace safety.

Availability to working a spread of shifts over a 7-day roster; including weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required.
