Quest East Perth is a 4 ½ star property with 128 studios, one- and two-bedroom serviced apartments. Opened in October 2016 it is conveniently located on Adelaide Terrace, just moments from Perth's CBD.
Quest East Perth is now seeking a Part Time Night Auditor professional to join our winning team.
The key responsibilities include:
To provide Front Office Reception services in person, on the phone and via the internet and email, and promote and sell reservations in accordance with the Quest franchise system and the Quest Way
Warm Welcome Check in and Fond Farewell Check Out guests according to procedures.
Processing the Night Audit functions of the property.
Respond to incoming calls in a timely and professional manner.
Role model excellent customer service at all times
Develop a comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of the property, including financial and sales targets, room rates, apartment and property features and Quest services.
Receive, record and process accommodation reservations according to the requirements of the RMS system.
Follow all occupational health and safety procedures as outlined in the Franchise Operations Manual and Quest Occupational Health and Safety standards.
Sound ability to manage guests feedback and handle complaints
Reporting to the Accommodation Services Manager and you will work closely with other Departments Heads and Property General Manager

Ability to work 2300 to 0700 on a 14-day rotating roster. Be flexible to assist with other shifts as business demands require.
Experience:
The candidate must have experience in a reception or customer service position in an accommodation environment.
Experience with EFTPOS, RMS or an alternate Property Management System highly regarded
Applicants must be available to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays and Full flexibility to working additional hours is also required.
Sound knowledge of MS Office Suites, excellent verbal and written communication
