The Role

As an integral member of our Labour Hire team based in South Melbourne, you will focus on sourcing and filling exciting positions within the Victorian Construction sector. Your recruitment expertise will enable you to build strong connections and deliver exceptional solutions to our diverse client base. You will also focus on cultivating relationships with candidates to ensure our staff excel.

Your Responsibilities

Identify and recruit top talent

Screen, interview, and onboard candidates that meet our high standards

Manage general administrative tasks effectively

Provide valuable insights to candidates and clients

Regularly conduct site visits

Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and clients

Create and promote engaging job advertisements across various platforms

About You

You have Recruitment experience, ideally in labour hire or construction related fields

You understand OHS guidelines through qualifications or experience

You thrive in challenging situations and handle pressure like a pro

You possess a valid Driver’s License
