The Role:
As a Leasing Agent, you’ll be the face of the rental division - showcasing properties, building rapport with potential tenants, and ensuring a smooth leasing process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct open for inspections and private viewings
• Qualify prospective tenants and process applications
• Liaise with property managers, landlords, and tenants
• Advertise and market rental properties
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with legislation

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive, can-do attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in leasing or real estate
• A current Agent’s Representative Certificate
• A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Passion for customer service and a team-oriented mindset
