The Role

• A Contracts Administrator to join the the commercial team on this project
• Procurement, package and negotiate sub-contracts through to final account
• Administration of all claims, variations, progress payments and contract correspondence - both from a head contract and subcontract viewpoint
• Monthly budget management and reporting

Experience/Qualifications Required

• Tertiary Qualifications in Construction Management or equivalent
• A track record in Contracts Administration gained over 3+ yrs with experience of commercial build projects in Australia essential
• An ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and project stakeholders
• Industrial experience is highly regarded however not essential
• Positive tenure in your CV where controllable is highly regarded
• Experience delivering projects up to $15m in the Australian commercial construction industry for the head contractor
