About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Landscaper to join our dynamic team, working on a variety of residential and commercial projects, particularly within school environments. This is a hands-on role that requires experience across a wide range of landscaping tasks, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and compliance.

You will play a key role in the delivery of construction-based landscape projects, including excavation, paving, concrete works, and structural timber work.

Key Responsibilities

Excavation of footings, trenches, and ground leveling

Construction of retaining walls using a variety of materials

Installation of concrete paths, ramps, and paved surfaces

Timber work including decking and fencing

Operating and maintaining landscaping machinery and tools

Adhering to safety and environmental standards at all times

Working collaboratively with team members and project supervisors

Maintaining clear communication and professional conduct on school sites

Required Experience & Skills

Proven experience in structural landscaping

Skilled in excavation and the use of relevant machinery

Experience with paving, concrete works, decking, and retaining walls

Ability to interpret site plans and work with minimal supervision

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Good communication skills and a team-first attitude

Mandatory Requirements

Qualification in Landscaping or equivalent trade certification

MR or HR Driver’s Licence

Valid Working with Children Check (current or willing to obtain)

National Police Check (current or willing to obtain)

White Card (Construction Induction)
