About the Role

As a Qualified Landscaper, you'll play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining outdoor spaces that delight our clients and align with our high standards. This position is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and a passion for working outdoors.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Planning:

· Interpret and execute landscape designs, blueprints, and project plans.

· Work closely with clients to understand their vision and provide expert advice.

Construction and Installation:

· Build and install hardscaping elements, including retaining walls, patios, and pathways.

· Prepare and lay turf, and plant trees, shrubs, and flowers.

· Install and maintain irrigation systems and ensure proper drainage.

Equipment Operation and Maintenance:

· Operate tools and machinery like mowers, trimmers, and compactors safely.

· Conduct regular maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Compliance and Safety:

· Adhere to WHS (Workplace Health and Safety) guidelines.

· Ensure projects comply with local regulations and environmental standards.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications and Experience:

· Certificate III or IV in Landscaping, Horticulture, or a related field.

· Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in landscaping.

· Ability to read and interpret technical plans and blueprints.

· Strong knowledge of plants, soils, and irrigation systems.

· Current driver’s license (essential).

· White Card (Construction Induction Card) (essential).
