This is more than a driving job.

You’ll be in the field, working as part of a small, skilled team to maintain spraybooths, wash bays, and industrial ducting systems for some of Victoria’s biggest automotive and manufacturing clients.

You’ll use industrial-grade equipment, follow proven processes, and deliver consistent results. It’s physically demanding, technically rewarding, and always changing.

Your Day-to-Day Includes:

Driving a manual non-synchro HR truck to and from job sites

Operating 5000 PSI industrial pressure washers

Performing maintenance and filter changes in spraybooths

Using power tools and working at heights

Completing digital job reports on mobile devices

Travelling across Victoria (some overnight jobs—accommodation + meals provided)

Working as part of a tight, reliable team that backs each other

What You’ll Bring

HR Truck Licence (manual non-synchro required)

At least 10 years of hands-on experience post-school in trade or physical work

Physically strong and fit—this isn’t desk work

Confident with power tools and following safety procedures

Able to follow policy and structure, but with the nouse to make smart decisions when needed

A true team player—you’ll be working alongside others, not solo

Good English communication skills—spoken and written

Full driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle to get to our depot

What You’ll Get

$80,000 – $85,000 + Superannuation

Paid licence upgrades (forklift, boom lift, etc. with ROSA)

Travel costs covered for overnight jobs (meals + accommodation provided)
