Job Benefits

$1000 Sign On Bonus

Salary + Company Vehicle + Overtime

Great workhours 8am-4:30pm Monday to Friday

Full Time AND Casual positions are available

Work on Hamilton Island & Airlie Beach

Qualifications & experience

Trade qualification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning

Current ARCtick licence

QLD Restricted Electrical Licence (or full Electrical Licence – highly regarded)

Manual driver’s licence

Experience in split systems, ducted systems, and commercial refrigeration

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Great customer service skills are essential

Marine experience will be highly valued but not essential

Tasks & responsibilities

Help Grow & Expand the Air Conditioning unit of our business

Perform and Co-ordinate Split system installations

Manage customer Air Conditioning servicing work and schedules

Ensure Fault Finding is performed fast and accurately

Work in high rise hotels, luxury homes/units & luxury boats
