Join our expanding civil construction team, playing a vital role in supporting essential infrastructure development and remediation around the Perth metro area and on assignments DIDO. We require an experienced Serviceman with a strong background in the routine maintenance and servicing of heavy plant and equipment. A proactive approach to safety and reliability is crucial.

Responsibilities:

• Performing routine servicing, lubrication, and maintenance tasks on heavy machinery and vehicles.
• Assisting HD Fitters with repairs and component change-outs.
• Conducting pre-start checks and minor fault finding.
• Maintaining a clean and organised workshop and field service environment.
• Ensuring all equipment is maintained to a high standard of safety and reliability.
• Managing inventory of service parts and consumables as required.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Serviceman or in a similar role within the civil, construction, transport, or mining industries.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of heavy vehicle and plant maintenance.
• Relevant plant operation tickets (e.g., forklift, EWP) would be advantageous.
• White Card.
• Must be a permanent resident in Australia.
