We’re offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team at Dynamic Plumbing & Gas. This role involves taking charge of multiple construction projects and working alongside a supportive team of skilled and enthusiastic co-workers.

About the Role
The successful candidate will work closely with leading hands and management to uphold company standards and achieve critical KPIs. You will play a key role in both managing your own projects and supporting team performance across sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily tasks, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

Oversee and support co-workers and apprentices, fostering a productive and safety-conscious work environment.

Ensure full compliance with company and major contractor SWMS (Safe Work Method Statements) and all other safety regulations.

Read and interpret site plans effectively.

Set out drainage and water services accurately.

Liaise professionally with builders and other stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in plumbing and gas services within the construction industry (minimum 3 years post trade)

Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor others.

Excellent knowledge of safety standards and procedures.

Ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Strong professional history in reliability & professional results.

Excellent communication & organisation skills.

Excavator , EWP, Bob Cat licensed & experience looked at favourably but not critical

Key Responsibilities

Task Prioritisation & Coordination: Manage and prioritise personal onsite tasks while coordinating work effectively for team members to maintain workflow and productivity.

Project Planning: Review upcoming project stages to proactively plan for necessary materials, labour, and machinery.

Plan Interpretation: Read and interpret construction and plumbing plans to ensure accurate set-out. Communicate technical details clearly to the plumbing team for correct execution.

Documentation & Claims: Prepare and submit project progress claims and variations as required across multiple projects.

Project Scheduling: Monitor project timelines to ensure alignment with schedules in coordination with the leading hand and management.

Communication with Management: Maintain daily communication with the General Manager to provide updates and address any onsite needs or challenges.

Team Guidance: Provide clear instructions on complex onsite tasks to team members to ensure high accuracy and efficient time management.

Procurement: Manage ordering of major equipment and materials to support project delivery timelines.

Administrative Liaison: Collaborate with the Admin Manager to optimise scheduling and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
