We're Jinba IT.

We are proud to take to market a new role for a Modern Workplace Technician for an established boutique Microsoft consultancy located in South Melbourne, focused on enabling and securing small-medium businesses. Behind the marketing curtain we're just a group of techs who hang around on discord most of the day talking shop, memes, and getting stuff done for our awesome clients. We put our pants on one leg at a time, just like you.

Who are you?

You are an experienced IT tech with a good heart, who thinks big and considers yourself an energetic human. You have a clear communication style, and genuine empathy and patience when dealing with client queries. You have the confidence to take on level 1-3 IT work, whether it be remotely, onsite, or at our South Melbourne office. In the future you'll want to grow and learn with us, take on more responsibility and become a wheelin' and dealin' M365 ninja. Industry experience in IT is desired, but not necessary. If you've got passion and an innate drive to learn what you need to, we want to speak to you.

What tech skills are good to have?

You’ll have the usual level techie skillset that every other tech job ad lists. And if you really want to stand out you’ll be able to sprinkle some of the follow succulent special sauces on top of the important IT skills that you already possess.
