Now, we're looking for a passionate and dedicated Youth Coach to join our Get Set For Work program until June 2026 and become part of a workplace where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.

About the Role

Our Get Set for Work program supports young people aged 15 - 19 to build life skills, gain education and training, and move toward employment. As a Youth Coach, you'll be part of a supportive, passionate team that thrives on making a difference - and having fun while doing it. You'll work closely with young people to:

Recruit and engage eligible, disconnected youth

Co-create tailored Training and Support Plans

Help them overcome barriers to success

Facilitate engaging life skills group sessions

Support their transition into accredited training

Guide participants' transition to return to school, further education or employment

You're someone who:

Has experience working with youth

Builds strong, respectful partnerships with young people

Can coordinate and support clients into training and employment
