About the role

Total Glass and Aluminium Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Commercial Aluminium Window & Door Fabricator to join our growing team in Gregory Hills, NSW. This is a full-time role that will play a crucial part in the fabrication and manufacturing of high-quality aluminium windows, doors and other architectural glass products.

What you'll be doing

Fabricating commercial-grade aluminium windows, doors, and other aluminium extrusions to precise specifications

Interpreting technical drawings and utilising appropriate tools and machinery to assemble components

Performing quality checks throughout the fabrication process to ensure finished products meet industry standards

Collaborating with the production team to meet tight deadlines and maintain efficient workflow

Adhering to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures

Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes

What we're looking for

Proven experience as an aluminium fabricator or window/door manufacturer, ideally in a commercial setting

Strong technical skills and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Proficiency in the use of power tools, machinery and equipment used in aluminium fabrication

Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work

Good communication and teamwork skills

Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
