About the role

Our Telwater team is currently looking for Machine Operators to join our Metal Preparation team.

We are seeking hard working, reliable candidates to work as machine operators and production labourers within in our boat manufacturing production factory in Coomera. Applicants with a Forklift licence will be highly regarded.

These are full time, permanent roles working 6am – 2:30pm Monday to Friday (40hrs/ week).

What we are looking for:

• Forklift Licence (desirable)
• Willingness to learn to operate robot machines, CNC's, routers and press machines
• Reliability with great attendance
• Ability to work in a very fast paced environment
• Ability to learn how to efficiently process components for the manufacture of our large boat products
• Lifting, bending and manual handling required
• Regular use of power tools, hand tools, and other machinery such as brake press machine, circular saws, and millers may be required
• Full Australian working rights
• Attention to detail and take pride in the quality of your work
• Willingness to learn and develop skills within our boat building operations
