Mechanical Fitter Position – Brisbane Airport and Brendale Locations - Full-time and Casual Opportunities

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Fitters to join our team for large scale projects The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise and a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

· Diagnose and repair mechanical faults in machinery and equipment.

· Assemble, install, and maintain conveyor systems and steel structures.

· Perform routine maintenance and inspections to minimize downtime.

· Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform repairs as required.

· Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics.

· Collaborate closely with the project team to ensure efficient and precise installations.

· Adhere to safety protocols, strictly following safety standards and project specifications.

To excel in this role, you will need:

Mechanical Fitting trade qualifications.

White Card certification.

Completion of ASIC registration and a Drug and Alcohol test (or willingness to complete). – EBA sites only

Strong mechanical aptitude and technical knowledge in conveying systems and steel installations.

Experience working within the industrial or commercial sectors.

Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

A proactive approach to teamwork and effective communication skills.
