About the role

Our client, a large Government Agency, has embarked on major Cyber Security journey and is looking for an experienced Cyber Security Engineer with strong knowledge across Airlock Digital or MS Defender to join their dynamic Cyber Security team and assist during this important phase.

This is an initial 3-4 week contract with possibility to extend, as part of a large program of work in a highly regulated and hybrid cloud environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• MUST BE AN AUSTRALIAN CITIZEN
• Proven experience working as a Cyber Security Engineer in medium to large environments
• Extensive hands-on expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting security products
• Experience with cyber security products such as Airlock Digital, MS Defender or Splunk.
• Experience developing high-level and low-level documentation for enterprise builds, ensuring alignment with security requirements and organisational objectives.
• Experience working in hybrid cloud environments (AWS, Azure, private cloud, etc.)
• Relevant Industry certifications
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
