About the role

We are seeking dedicated Allied Health Professionals (Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Speech Pathologists) to join our growing team at Compassionate Care WA - based in in Ellenbrook, WA. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality rehabilitation and supportive care to our clients, helping them achieve their health and wellbeing goals.

What you'll be doing

Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop personalised treatment plans

Providing a range of evidence-based interventions, including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and Speech pathology

Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated and holistic care

Documenting client progress and outcomes in accordance with professional and organisational standards

Participating in team meetings and professional development activities to continuously improve your skills and knowledge

Advocating for client needs and promoting their independence and quality of life

What we're looking for

A degree in physiotherapy, occupational therapy, or Speech Pathology

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, providing rehabilitation and supportive care to clients

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients and their families

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to develop effective treatment plans

Commitment to providing high-quality, client-centered care and advocating for client needs

Registration with the appropriate professional body and a current police check

Willingness to travel throughout the metro area to support our clients in their home., SIL, SDA or facility
