Position Profile: The Senior Health Professional Mental Health Triage:

• Conducts mental health triage for calls to the Mental Health Emergency Response Line (MHERL) and Rurallink across WA.
• Formulates crisis management plans and coordinates referrals to appropriate response agencies.
• Provides expert clinical and health systems information on issues related to mental health emergencies, crisis intervention and management of psychological conditions and disorders
