The Role
We are seeking a Fly-in-Fly-Out (FIFO) worker for an 8 days-on, 6-days-off roster. While the primary schedule follows this rotation, the role may also involve occasional metropolitan work, short regional trips, and opportunities to work from home. depending on operational needs.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Health Coach position primarily involves health checks, onsite health coaching at workplaces with customers across various locations and phone coaching sessions to relevant clients
The duties will include:
Providing individualised, targeted health coaching to participants of Healthy Business’s wellbeing programs across our 4 key pillars of health:
Physical health
Mental health
Lifestyle health
Fatigue health
Using health coaching strategies to encourage adoption of habits with participants that are conducive to a higher quality of life.
Following Healthy Business coaching principles to customise coaching plans for program participants including goal setting and action plans.
Engaging with employees through site presentations, initiatives and walk arounds.
Where required, coordinate care with other health professionals (on site doctors, physiotherapists, internal coaches, external providers) for optimal participant care.
Build and maintain relationships with key onsite personnel.
Drive engagement of Healthy Business programs at site level.
You will be expected to support in scheduling, promoting and running fitness sessions, non-contact social sports and occasional social events on site to build engagement and create a wellbeing positive culture.
There may be opportunities to further in the role with account management, reporting and business development opportunities.
Essential Criteria
The successful candidate will possess:
Tertiary qualifications in a health science -related field (i.e. Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy)
Accreditation and registration with your appropriate governing body (e.g. ESSA, AHPRA is highly regarded) Experience in conducting Health Assessments and Health Coaching (2 years +) and the provision of healthy lifestyles

Demonstrated ability in maintaining high clinical standards aligned with compliance, clinical governance and Healthy Business protocols.
Knowledge and delivery of corporate health programs on site and via phone consultation
Knowledge and delivery of health services within the workplace
Ability to work independently, manage a caseload, and use initiative
Ability to capture and document data reporting for both onsite & phone coaching and for client programs
High level of communication and interpersonal skills both written & oral to communicate with people from a range of occupational groups and at an executive level.
Mandatory Requirements
Ability to work remote
Must be willing to travel (FIFO) - Pilbara, Regional Western Australia
Reasonable travel to Metro & Regional area may be required when working off-site
Access to own smart devices (Mobile and Laptop)
Current State Driver's License & Reliable Roadworthy Vehicle
What we offer
Base salary $75,000 to $95,000 when actively working on-site as part of the 8 days on 6 days off (FIFO) roster + superannuation & allowances.
The role offers flexibility, with a higher rate for on-site work and an adjusted rate when working off-site due to circumstances affecting site access. This arrangement ensures continuity of work and pays across both on-site and off-site duties.
