Key Responsibilities:

Lead clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care.

Develop, implement, and refine policies, procedures, and audit tools.

Provide strategic leadership and coaching to care teams.

Oversee regulatory compliance, accreditation, and risk mitigation strategies.

Deliver complex reports, data analysis, and structured recommendations to leadership.

Drive innovation through new technologies and operational efficiencies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven ability to analyse complex information and lead improvement projects.

Highly developed written communication and presentation skills.

Strong knowledge of Aged Care legislative and regulatory requirements.

Leadership experience in clinical and operational management.

Commitment to resident-focused care and continuous improvement.

AHPRA registration and relevant tertiary qualification in business, finance or management preferred.
