Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Beauty Therapist with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the beauty industry, particularly in eyelash and eyebrow services. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a range of advanced beauty treatments and ensuring a superior client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough client consultations to determine beauty goals and provide tailored treatment and aftercare recommendations.

Provide expert advice on product usage and post-treatment care.

Perform a comprehensive range of services including:

· Application of lash extensions tailored to different eye shapes and client preferences (e.g. cat-eye, doll- eye, wispy sets, squirrel eyes, foxy eyes, eyeliner effect, etc)

· Creating custom lash sets using advanced layering, feathering, and texturing techniques to mimic natural lash patterns

· Mixing curls, lengths, and diameters in volume sets to personalise and enhance lash looks

· Infills and maintenance of existing lash extensions to ensure ongoing lash health and longevity

· Safe and professional removal of eyelash extensions

· Patch testing for lash and brow extensions and tinting to ensure client safety and compliance

· Brow mapping and design consultation based on facial symmetry

· Custom blend tinting to match client hair colour and desired intensity

· Application of nourishing serums or keratin treatments during lash lifts or brow laminations

· Selection and application of appropriate lash lift shields/rods based on individual eye and face shape to optimise lift results

· Educating clients on proper lash and brow aftercare to maximise retention and results and advising clients on lash cycle stages and how it affects extension longevity

· Identifying signs of lash damage or poor retention, and adjusting treatment plans accordingly

· Monitoring lash and brow health and recommending breaks or gentler alternatives when needed

· Recommending home-care products, such as lash serums or brow conditioners

· Sharing service insights and feedback during team meetings

· Upsell additional services and retail products where appropriate to enhance client satisfaction and business performance.

Manage client bookings, consultations, and follow-up appointments.

Maintain accurate and confidential client records.

Stay informed about current trends, techniques, and products within the eyelash and brow industry.

Maintain a clean, hygienic, and professional work environment in accordance with Mollylash standards and industry regulations.

Support the continuous improvement of salon services and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Assisting with before-and-after photography and videography for client records and marketing purposes

Participating in client feedback reviews to ensure service satisfaction

Participating in in-house training sessions or workshops to refine technique and stay updated on evolving lash and brow methods

Supporting junior staff by modelling correct hygiene, setup, and customer service practices

Candidate Requirements

Formal training and certification in Classic and Russian Volume eyelash extensions

Proven experience with lash lifts, tinting, brow lamination, and advanced styling techniques

Minimum 1 year experience in the beauty industry, particularly in lash/brow services

High standard of hygiene, attention to detail, and time management

Friendly, professional communication and a customer-focused attitude

A qualification in Business Management is desirable but not required
