Role overview

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will co-lead our preschool program for children aged 3-5 with vision, warmth, and professionalism. You will champion learning through play, mentor educators, partner with families, and shape rich, meaningful learning experiences that reflect our nature-based philosophy.

What we are looking for

If you are interested in joining our rewarding service as an Early Childhood Teacher, this is what you will need:

Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA Approved Qualification),

Current First Aid, CPR, and Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificates, and current WWCC

At least two years of experience in early education

A positive, professional and collaborative approach which aligns with our team culture and makes us an incredible place to work

A commitment to delivering high-quality early education and care, with the support of service leadership and resources

Passion for programming and implementing rich educational content based on children’s interests, goals and developmental priorities

A commitment to role modelling and guiding positive behaviour amongst children and the team

Ability to build strong relationships with families and colleagues
