About the Role
As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll independently manage and evolve all digital products and systems, particpating from architecture to implementation. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a multidisciplinary environment and wants their work to make a real difference in the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development of Angular, React, Ionic, and React Native apps, including hybrid and PWA solutions.
• Manage and maintain Drupal (govCMS) websites, component development, and server upgrades.
• Architect CI/CD pipelines, write automated test suites, and manage custom build processes.
• Ensure platforms meet compliance requirements, including WCAG, SEO, anti-spam, and data protection standards.
• Oversee vendor partnerships and provide hands-on first- and second-line support.
• Mentor junior developers and lead Agile practices, including sprint planning and backlog grooming.

What You Bring

• Deep expertise in Angular, React, Ionic, React Native, and Drupal (govCMS).
• Track record in building accessible, compliant, and user-focused digital experiences.
• Solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and automated testing practices.
• Strong communication skills and experience managing cross-functional relationships.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Capacitor plugins, cloud-based Drupal hosting, and CDN pipelines.
• Knowledge of privacy frameworks (e.g., GDPR, Anti-Spam).
• Background in crafting HTML-based digital marketing assets.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (including audio/image editing), and web/multimedia content creation.
