About the Role

As a senior technical leader, you will drive solution architecture within the Crack Down on Fraud (CDoF) domain. This role involves close collaboration with business and ICT teams to ensure solutions are strategically aligned, secure, and technically sound, supporting the enhancement of core agency systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, business-aligned solution architectures
• Ensure alignment with enterprise strategies, principles, and roadmaps
• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and shape architectural direction
• Lead technical design for Salesforce and integration-heavy environments
• Provide oversight and resolve complex design issues during project delivery
• Own the development of coherent, well-documented technical solutions

Skills & Experience

• Over 10 years' architecture experience across complex enterprise platforms
• Proven expertise in Salesforce integration and CRM design
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical architecture
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience aligning solutions with both tactical and strategic business goals
• Background in large-scale system integration and cross-functional leadership

Australian Citizenship + ability to obtain Baseline security clearance is a mandatory requirement for this position.
