About the Role

This role supports the Agency’s major technology programs by enhancing business processes and shaping future-state payments platforms. Acting as a key connector between business and technology teams, you will model current and target states, lead process improvements, and contribute to enterprise-aligned solution designs ensuring optimal business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with business stakeholders to capture requirements and assess options
• Model current/future state processes, identifying risks and opportunities
• Support end-to-end solution design aligned with enterprise architecture
• Represent Business Architecture in quarterly planning and program forums
• Collaborate with solution architects and designers to ensure business outcomes
• Apply architectural principles to business solutions and data requirements

Skills & Experience

• 4+ years' experience in business architecture or similar roles
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and consulting skills
• Skilled in process modelling tools and techniques across digital projects
• Experience working on cloud-based platforms with accessibility compliance
• Familiarity with secure government cloud environments and architecture
• TOGAF or equivalent certification highly desirable

Australian Citizenship + ability to obtain Baseline security clearance is a mandatory requirement for this position.
