**Join Our Team as a Disability Support Worker**

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with disabilities? We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our team across Brisbane north and southern regions.

Locations- New Farm, Kuraby and Chermside areas.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide direct care to participants with disabilities.
- Maximize social, living, and recreational skills of participants.

-Create a safe, nurturing environment aligned with our CARE values

-Deliver care with empathy, patience, and respect

**Qualifications and Experience:**

- Experience in similar role
- Ability to manage and de-escalate situations effectively.
- Manual Handling/Hoisting

- Experience in providing High Intensity support (highly regarded)
-Certificate 3 in Disability (highly regarded)
- Valid Driver’s License and Vehicle
- Valid CPR and First Aid
- NDIS Worker Screening Card/Yellow Card exemption or willingness to obtain.
