About the client

Our client is a leading resources company with a strong focus on safety, innovation, and operational excellence. They are currently expanding their high-performing Fleet Planning & Delivery team to support the engineering and execution of their large-scale LME program.

About the role

WorkPac is seeking a proactive Advisor – Fleet Delivery based in Perth. This role oversees vendor coordination and delivery of Light Mobile Equipment builds, ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution across Pilbara operations.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate and manage Light Vehicle builds and deliveries

Engage with vendors and third-party suppliers to track build progress

Conduct pre-delivery inspections using IAuditor and maintain accurate project documentation

Review and assist with build specifications, guides, and vendor documentation

Serve as the primary contact for Pre-Delivery Managers

Hold vendors accountable to timelines and KPIs

Lead regular meetings with vendors and suppliers to identify and mitigate risks

Coach vendors on QA standards and project expectations

Ensure safety protocols are adhered to by all contract partners

Liaise with site LME workshops and end users for fleet feedback and improvement

Support supply chain forecasting and long-term planning

Drive continuous improvement in build quality and delivery processes

Skills and experience required

Proven commitment to safety in the workplace

Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities

Mechanical understanding of Light Mobile Equipment

Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Ability to proactively manage risks and avoid delays

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel

Strong problem-solving mindset and drive for process improvement

C Class driver's license
