Who We Are Seeking

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Interior Designer or Architect with a strong portfolio across retail and residential projects.

This role is suited to someone with a passion for design and the ability to articulate projects from concept through to completion.

The ideal candidate will be able to work in collaboration with the Design Team and also work autonomously.

Strong attention to detail, knowledge of codes and standards and time management are essential skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate on concept design with the Design Director and team
• Create perspective drawings and high-quality 3D visuals
• Plan and arrange spaces with precision
• Lead schematic and design development stages
• Prepare detailed construction documentation and specifications
• Develop DA, CDC, and CC submission packages

Professional Skills Required
• Tertiary qualifications in Interior Design or Architecture
• Minimum 3 years’ local experience in retail and residential design
• Strong conceptual and hand sketching ability
• Excellent documentation and joinery detailing skills
• Solid technical knowledge and ability to produce full construction packages
• Proficiency in Vectorworks 2D/3D
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Familiarity with Australian building codes
• Skilled in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
