We are currently looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team at Sienna Grange Aged Care in Port Macquarie. On offer is a Permanent Part-Time roster of Night, must be available to work Wednesday and & Thursday shift but have flexibility to work across AM/PM & Night shift for flex up shifts.

Your New Role

Come and join our Clinical and Care team where we are leading the industry in driving our award winning ‘Better Together' model and raising the quality of life for our residents and their families.

What does your new role look like?

• Delivering individualised clinical based nursing care to our residents
• Leading and mentoring care and clinical team members
• Conducting nursing assessments and developing care plans specific to the resident needs
• Providing an outstanding level of nursing advice and support to the resident and their relatives
• Developing supportive working relationships with fellow Nurses and treating Health Professionals to maintain the highest standards of care

About you

As well as being an accomplished healthcare professional, you will align to our Values of Bold, Warm and Honest. You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent clinical care for our residents, whilst effectively leading and supporting a team.

• AHPRA Registration and a bachelor's degree in nursing
• Knowledge of the Aged Care Funding Instrument (AN-ACC) is highly regarded
• Experience in working with Care team members whilst creating an engaging and supportive work culture
• Proficiency using various systems, including online care management programs
• Available to work on a Casual basis, including some NIGHT shifts (Wednesday nights ideal - every second week) and to cover leave
• Willing to obtain an NDIS Clearance Check if successful
• Fully vaccinated for Influenza and COVID 19 (2 Doses)
