Registered Nurse

As a Registered Nurse you will deliver holistic care for residents that prioritizes health, wellbeing, and community connection to support the changing needs of residents.

• Permanent - Part Time position, 16 hours per week at Coffs Haven Residential Care Service, Night shift - 2245-7:15am, 3 consecutive days available
• Higher hourly rates (between $42.31 - 52.48) plus the benefit of salary packaging

Your Contribution

• Ensure the highest standard of care is delivered to residents in accordance with the Aged
• Care Standards and Aged Care Act
• Liaise with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic person-centered approach
• Build positive relationships with Residents, families, and other staff members

The Essentials

• Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Knowledge of legislation, regulations and evidence based best practice relevant to aged care

• Ability to lead a team of Care Staff
• Clinical assessment skills and commitment to best practice. approaches to care delivery
• Organisational and planning skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• A current Criminal History Check (within the last three years) suitable for aged care (or willing to obtain) and evidence of three COVID vaccinations
