elevenM is seeking an experienced Marketing & Communications Manager to lead engagement and awareness efforts for SAAM (www.saam.com.au) —a project funded under the Australian Government’s AI Adopt program. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the public face of a new initiative that supports small and medium-sized businesses with safe and responsible AI adoption.

Your New Role

As the Marketing & Communications Manager, you'll contribute towards and implement a strategic marketing plan to increase awareness and uptake of SAAM's tools and resources. You will:

• Contribute to and execute a marketing and communications strategy targeting Australian SMEs

• Drive end-user engagement across digital channels, media, partnerships, and events

• Manage content creation (including web, social, and media collateral)

• Liaise with diverse stakeholders including government, media, and industry partners

• Evaluate and report on campaign outcomes to improve future performance

Who You Are

• A skilled marketer with 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, communications, or campaigns

• Able to turn complex messages into clear, compelling content

• Confident managing multiple stakeholders and navigating high-profile projects

• Experienced in end-to-end campaign delivery and analytics

• Knowledgeable in SEO and web marketing practices

• Comfortable working independently in a flexible, remote-first environment

Hours and pay

This is a 3-day per week contract for one year.

The pay range for this position will be pro-rated at 3 days per week based on a $125k-$145k FT equivalent package.
