Avant Stone has been experiencing strong growth, and we are looking for an inventory & operations coordinator who can be a point of contact between internal and external stakeholders across our Sydney and Newcastle locations.

You will be the glue that binds the sales, administrative and warehousing functions within the company, streamlining processes and improving efficiency.

Key responsibilities will include:

Managing and overseeing all aspects of our internal operations across both locations, including rostering, logistics, and inventory management.

Ensuring that all operations comply with safety regulations and quality standards.

Coordinating with warehouse staff across both locations to achieve high performance and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.

The ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience in inventory control, operations or logistics, with a track record of success in improving efficiency and productivity across multiple locations.

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions

Experience utilising accounting or ERP software.

Experience in accounting, information systems or supply chain management, or a related field

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across both locations

Experience implementing systems and controls to support business growth and scalability
