Your Mandate

Kick-off fast – schedule the discovery call within 48 hours of project hand-off.

Implement to spec – configure, integrate and test the agreed workflow (voice agents, data sync, automation, dashboards).

Follow the playbook – every step must align with Qantafi SOPs and security standards; no deviations without written approval.

Document & train – supply handover docs, a short walkthrough video and admin credentials.

Support window – resolve post-go-live issues inside our SLA response times.

Portal reporting – update milestones, upload artefacts and close the internal QA checklist.

Compensation triggers only when the build clears QA and all SLA metrics.

Service-Level Targets

Kick-off scheduled within 48 hours

Certification Path

Sign the Contractor Agreement & SLA addendum.

Once certified, you can claim projects in the Delivery Portal and begin building a recurring-revenue book from your completed installs.
