👩‍🍳 About the Role:

Prepare and serve a variety of healthy, age-appropriate meals and snacks for children (birth–12 years)

Plan menus and manage food ordering and inventory

Ensure a safe, hygienic kitchen that meets all food safety standards

Collaborate with our team to develop creative, nutritious menu ideas that reflect our diverse community

Accurately maintain records and comply with the Food Safety Plan

Support WHS best practices in all aspects of kitchen operations

🙌 About You:

Cert III in Commercial Cookery (preferred)

Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

Blue Card, First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)

Strong understanding of food safety and nutrition in a childcare setting

Experience working with Nutrition Australia and Food Standards Aus. is a plus!
