A newly created opportunity has arisen for a Junior Project Manager to join their corporate head office in North Adelaide in a fixed term contract for 2 years with the possibility of extension.
The Role
Reporting into the Head of Strategic Projects you’ll be responsible for supporting the end-to-end management of various operational and strategic projects that support Northpharm’s expansion and operational excellence.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Providing essential support to the Head of Strategic Projects in executing Northpharm’s strategic initiatives
- Project administration, stakeholder engagement, reporting and the opportunity to lead smaller projects from inception to completion
- Developing and managing project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, timelines and milestones
- Implementing pragmatic project management methodologies and tools to enhance efficiency and transparency
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards across all initiatives
- Tracking project expenditures, managing invoices processes and ensuring financial transparency
- Acting as the primary point of contact for relevant internal and external stakeholders and fostering strong relationships with key partners to drive project success
- Monitoring project performance and providing reporting around key metrics and deliverables to senior leadership
About You
- You will bring relevant qualifications in project management, business, or a related field, along with experience coordinating or supporting projects in fast-paced environments.
- You’re highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities with confidence and clarity.
- You’re adaptable, thrive in ambiguity, and bring a proactive, can-do attitude to your work.
- You’re a self-starter who takes initiative, follows through on responsibilities, and welcomes feedback as a tool for growth.
- You communicate clearly, collaborate effectively, and build strong working relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
