Role Description
Exciting opportunity for a Accounts Payable Officer Position for an well-known and award winning organisation based in Botany. You will be joining a supportive and close knit team, where each staff member is valued for their individual contribution to the team. Ideally, you will be able to start as soon as possible. Please apply immediately as shortlisted candidates will be interviewed early next week.
Note: Working Holiday Visa's with Accounts Payable experience are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Entering invoices into the system / assisting to maintain AP Inbox
- Entering purchase orders into the system
- Processing invoices
- Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders
- Responding to queries from fellow employees
- Other ad hoc tasks as required.
- Experience working with SAP is highly regarded.
