Site Manager - Retail Fit-Out | Central Coast

We're looking for an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in retail and commercial fit-outs, ideally with experience delivering bank refurbishments. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Tier 1 fit-out and construction company on a high-profile project, with the potential for ongoing work across future contracts.

The Project:

• Location: Central Coast
• Duration: Approximately 12 weeks
• Schedule: Monday to Saturday, Day Shift
• Start Date: around 9th June 2025

You will be responsible for managing the full site delivery of a bank fit-out for a well-known brand. From overseeing subcontractors and labour to ensuring compliance with WHS regulations and programme deadlines, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality outcome on time and within budget.

Your Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all site activities including trades, logistics, and subcontractors
• Ensure quality of workmanship and adherence to project drawings
• Maintain strong WHS standards on site
• Communicate with all stakeholders, including clients, to ensure satisfaction and professionalism
• Deliver the project in line with agreed timeframes and budget
  

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor on commercial and retail fit-out projects
• Ability to lead teams and manage site operations confidently
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of WHS compliance
  

Requirements:

• Certificate 6 in Building and Construction
• First Aid Certificate
• References from previous fit-out projects
• Flexibility to work occasional night shifts as required
