Site Manager & Foreman – $40m Class 2 Apartment Build – Newcastle

Looking for your next big site challenge? We need a switched-on Site Manager and an experienced Foreman to help lead the delivery of a $40m new build apartment project in Newcastle. With a 24-month program and a reputable builder behind it, this is the kind of project that will stand out on your CV for all the right reasons.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Running the show on-site from start to finish on this multi-storey residential build
• Coordinating structure, services, and finishes with a tight handle on sequencing
• Managing trades, pushing programme, and ensuring high-quality delivery across the board
• Staying on top of Class 2 compliance, reporting, and safety requirements
• Being the go-to on-site problem solver when issues inevitably crop up

What You'll Need:

• Proven experience delivering Class 2 residential projects (essential)
• Strong knowledge of structural works, sequencing, and defect management
• Solid communication and team leadership—especially coordinating multiple trades
• A reputation for delivering residential builds on time and to spec
