We are seeking passionate and experienced Team Leaders to join a values-driven provider supporting individuals in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a group home supporting up to five participants living with disability.
• Manage and mentor a team of support workers
• Foster a positive team culture that aligns with best practices in the disability sector
• Collaborate with families, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure person-centred support
• Ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with NDIS and organisational standards

Requirements:

• Location: Western Sydney - 2151
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing support workers
• Strong understanding of best practices in the disability sector
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Current First Aid, CPR certification and valid driver's licence
• Must hold full working rights with no restrictions
