About the role

Oxygen Hort' is seeking experienced gardeners and a team leader to join our dedicated team in Avalon Beach, NSW. This full-time role is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of a range of residential and commercial properties across the local area.

What you'll be doing

Carry out routine gardening and landscaping tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, planting and weeding

Ensure the consistent and high-quality presentation of all properties

Operate a range of gardening equipment and machinery safely and efficiently

Collaborate with the team to complete larger projects and installations

Provide hands-on guidance and leadership to junior team members

Maintain detailed records of work completed and report any issues identified

What we're looking for

Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar gardening or landscaping role

Sound knowledge of native and ornamental plant species and their care requirements

Proficiency in the use of common gardening tools and equipment

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to provide guidance to others

A current driver's licence and reliable transport to access job sites
