Rural Northwest Health (RNH) is committed to delivering the highest standard of health care to the Wimmera Mallee community. The Warracknabeal campus—centrally located at 18 Dimboola Road, halfway between Melbourne and Adelaide—is one of three campuses offering a broad range of acute, urgent, aged care, community health, and allied health services.
Latitude Recruitment is proud to partner with RNH to recruit an Executive Manager Corporate Services. This newly created and pivotal executive leadership role will work closely with the CEO, Executive team, and Board to oversee the strategic direction and operations of corporate and support services across all RNH campuses.
This is a dynamic and multifaceted senior leadership role overseeing key corporate services including finance, procurement, administration, catering, cleaning, maintenance, and property management. The Executive Manager will drive strategic improvement initiatives, manage risk, and lead innovative projects aligned with the organisation’s goals. With the right qualifications and experience, the role may also serve as Chief Finance and Accounting Officer, ensuring compliance with state financial and governance frameworks.
What We're Looking For
Desirable Qualifications/Experience:
Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Leadership/Management.
Membership with CA or CPA.
Qualification or demonstrated expertise in procurement.
Executive-level experience in food services.
Experience in aged care or client-focused service organisations.
Previous experience reporting to Boards or Board sub-committees.
Essential Criteria:
Senior-level corporate services management experience in health or aged care.
Demonstrated strategic leadership and change management capabilities.
Strong understanding of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.
Ability to analyse financial data and prepare timely, accurate financial reports.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Capacity to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders and communities.
Additional Requirements:
Valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
Current Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
Evidence of immunisation history.
