As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline contact for our customers, handling quote requests, engaging with clients, following up on sales tenders, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can manage various tasks efficiently and provide exceptional support to our customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction and Support
Receive and manage quote requests from customers.
Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person to address inquiries and provide information.
Follow up on sales tenders and ensure timely communication with customers.
Order Management
Handle order inquiries and assist in the dispatch and receipt of goods.
Manage customer orders from initiation to completion, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Customer Service Ownership
Take ownership of customer service issues, collecting necessary information, and directing sales information internally.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective resolution of issues.
Sales Support
Manage internal quote requests and inquiries from potential new customers.
Follow up on sales leads and accounts to support the sales team in achieving targets.
Administrative Assistance
Process invoicing and assist with human resource tasks, including onboarding of new employees.
Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.
Communication and Coordination
Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure all customer information is accurately captured and managed.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Proficiency in using excel, email, XERO and other office applications.
Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
