About the Role

Working within an established team, you'll be the first point of contact for potential members, guiding them through our offerings and helping them find the perfect membership to achieve their fitness goals.

Main roles include, but are not limited to:

• Building strong relationships with potential members
• Handling membership inquiries, tours and sign ups - ensuring every member feels welcome and empowered
• Providing excellent customer service
• Contributing to a positive, supportive environment for women.
• Promote and upgrade members to current in-club promotions and striving to reach KPIs.

About You

• Passionate about health and fitness with a strong understanding of membership sales
• Customer focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Have a hands-on approach with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Have exceptional interpersonal skills and the willingness to learn and take up new tasks
• Ability to work over mornings, evenings and the occasional weekend.
• Current First Aid/CPR qualification

Skills & Experience

• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient in managing inquiries, appointments and memberships
• Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Experience with operating phone systems and managing email correspondence
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and client information
• Membership Consultant experience is desirable
