Job Title - Archer Software Engineer (Developer)
Location - ACT, VIC, NSW, SA, QLD
Contract Duration - 12 months with extension
Clearance - Australian Citizenship required Mandatory

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Archer GRC Development & Configuration

Lead end-to-end configuration of new and existing Archer applications, including:

Layout design (e.g., dashboards, record structures)

Access controls (user roles, permissions)

Workflows (automated notifications, approvals)

Packaging & deployment (SDLC management)

Develop and customise Archer modules (e.g., Risk, Issues, Audit, Compliance)

Utilise Archer modeling language to create and maintain data models, calculations, and reports

2. Risk & Compliance Reporting

Generate risk insights and dashboards for executives and leadership teams

Ensure alignment with industry best practices

Conduct feasibility assessments for cross-functional risk communication and reporting

3. Stakeholder Collaboration & Training

Facilitate workshops and training sessions to support user adoption of Archer solutions

Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and enhance system functionality

Document technical processes and support knowledge transfer within the team

4. Testing, Debugging & Support

Perform system testing, performance tuning, and troubleshooting for Archer applications

Provide ongoing support for existing Archer implementations

Debug and resolve technical issues in collaboration with vendors and IT teams

5. Innovation & Continuous Improvement

Stay up to date on emerging GRC trends and advancements in the Archer platform

Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) to explore new capabilities

Recommend system and process enhancements to improve overall risk management efficiency

Technical Skills

Archer GRC: Strong expertise in platform capabilities, modules, and customization

Development & Configuration: Demonstrated experience in configuring and supporting Archer solutions across full lifecycle

Reporting & Analytics: Proficient in using Archer's reporting tools to generate dashboards and actionable insights

Workflow & Integration: Understanding of workflow automation, access control, and integration with other systems

Troubleshooting & Support: Strong skills in testing, debugging, and performance tuning within the Archer ecosystem
