Senior Software Engineer – 12-Month Contract
📍 Melbourne CBD Hybrid – 2-3 days onsite
💰 $700–$1,100 per day (depending on experience)

We’re on the hunt for a Senior Software Engineer who’s passionate about clean code, solving real problems, and shipping high-impact software.

This is a 12-month contract with real potential to extend. You’ll be joining a high-performing delivery team working on scalable platforms used by thousands daily. The tech stack is broad and modern – so if you're a strong engineer, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

Building and scaling high-performance systems

Writing clean, testable, maintainable code

Contributing to design decisions and architectural discussions

Collaborating with cross-functional teams – devs, testers, BAs, and product

Leading by example when it comes to best practices and engineering standards

What we’re looking for:

5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience

Strong skills in either back-end or full-stack development

Proven experience working across modern frameworks and cloud platforms

Ability to ramp up quickly and hit the ground running in agile teams

Contracting experience or enterprise delivery background is a big plus
