As an Active Support Worker at focus, you’ll play a vital role in empowering adults with disabilities to live fulfilling lives - both at home and in the community. You’ll support individuals in building independence, developing life skills, and forming meaningful connections, all guided by their NDIS goals and personal interests.

We currently have a range of part time and casual opportunities available in our Supported Independent Living (SIL) services across Frankston and the Mornington Peninsula. These roles are ideal for people who are passionate about making a difference and thrive in a collaborative, values-led environment.

• A genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities to live their best lives
• Reliability, empathy, and a proactive approach to care
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team

• Desirable: knowledge in areas such as autism, diabetes, psychosocial disability, dementia, epilepsy, or positive behaviour support
