Administration Officer – Hybrid Role (Gold Coast)
Full Time | Civil, Construction & Labour Hire Sector
Ternary Group is seeking a motivated Administration Officer to join our growing team. This all-rounder position is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, who thrives in a dynamic environment and is keen to support a variety of business functions across civil, construction, and labour hire operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative support across all departments
Assist with project administration and documentation
Maintain accurate records and reporting systems
Contribute to basic accounts and bookkeeping tasks (Xero experience favourable)
Support executive team with PA/EA duties as required
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
Has experience in administration (project admin background favourable)
Is analytical, organised, and takes initiative
Can manage competing priorities with a disciplined and adaptable approach
Is eager to keep learning and grow with the company
Has strong written communication and interpersonal skills
Work Environment:
Hybrid role – mix of WFH and office-based days (Gold Coast primary location, with some Brisbane office time)
Full-time position with flexibility and a supportive team culture
