Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Technical Manager in providing leadership and mentorship to the Brisbane technical team and wider site
• Develop and foster a quality focused company culture across the site
• Maintain site certification and registrations by ensuring compliance against relevant industry standards and regulatory bodies
• Partner with product and NPD departments to develop systems and testing requirements for new product introductions, support trials and first production

Requirements:
• Tertiary qualifications in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related discipline
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role within a high care/ready to eat manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of food safety and quality standards such as SQF, WQA, YUM, CFMSR
• Leadership and training experience
