What you’ll be doing:

As a Local Area Coordinator, Quality (LAC, Quality), your mission is clear: empower individuals with disabilities, along with their families and caregivers, to chase their dreams, achieve their goals, and assert their independence. Join us in making a meaningful impact through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

Your work will include:

· Quality check plans completed by LACs, improving quality, and ensuring compliance with the Partner
Quality Assurance Program.

· Work across Service Regions ensuring an unbiased and fair approach to the completion of quality assurance
activities.

· Coach new starters to increase competency and effectiveness in the role of LAC.

· Conduct ‘spot checks’ of completed and in progress activity to identify areas for continuous improvement,
strengthening delivery of the Partner in the Community Program.

· Identify emerging opportunities, new initiatives, or feedback on the program.

· Develop and facilitate micro learns based on personal observations and feedback received from the Quality
Auditor.

What we can do for you:

Non-for-profit Salary Packaging (up to the value of $15,899 per annum tax free) and Meal and Entertainment Packaging (up to the value of $2650 per annum tax free) (Part time and Full-time employees)

Salary banding from $80, 861 - $86, 849 depending on qualifications and relevant experience.

All LACs receive a daily travel allowance ($25 per day!).
